Excellent service and friendly hotel staff

I'd like a room with a sea view.

Staff are friendly and nice. Hotel was very clean and rooms were well air conditioned. On checking in and out staff were very good and quick to help. Would deffo stay again next year

Kids entertainment where brilliant with shows everynight. Also adults entertainments were good too.

Breakfast was brilliant although at times dinner could have been a little more interesting. But unfortunately there wasn't much choice for younger kids.

The room was spotless and air-conditioned, with a private bathroom.

Spotless and air conditioned rooms with an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment, exceptionally comfortable beds. Delightful food for breakfast. Marvellous location - so close to Playa Arroyo de la Miel.

I spent 2 nights in Benalmadena Palace, is not the Termal/ kinda luxury place displayed in Internet... But is clean and quiet. In my opinion is really good for families.

We had a lovely break at the hotel - we stayed in a studio room half board - room basic but had all that was needed. Staff were lovely and there was a good choice of food options. The hotel is at the top of a hill so I would not recommend it for the elderly or infirm. Definitely not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties and is a challenge to push a pram up and down. It leads onto a very busy main road, so hold tight to any pram or buggy you might be pushing.

great for park visits and nearby attractions

I especially appreciated the hotel's easy access to Playa Arroyo de la Miel, a charming beach just a short stroll away, and the fun of exploring the nearby Selwo Marina, made for good afternoons in the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, view, kids entertainment, energy and calibre of all staff. Good selection of buffet breakfast and dinner

Not enough sun loungers around pool. The hotel do not provide all the treatments as advertised in their guest handbook in the spa. The gym was dirty and below par. The chicken kebabs were greasy and probably the previous evenings left overs from dinner. The quality of the meat was not as good as it could be. The attractions in the area were all over priced i.e. Tivoli, Aqua Park, Cable Car, Crocodile Farm. Taxis very expensive.

We had so much fun, especially with the kids' activities and the fantastic pool. The food was great, particularly the themed dinners, which added an exciting twist to our nights. Can't wait to come back!
